Shaun helped the reviewer sell this property

The agent who got it done in a tough market.

Shaun is the best agent in the area, and I don't say that lightly. This is a tough market and we needed someone with the skill and experience to work through it. We had spent four months with our previous agency McGrath, Toukley with nothing to show for it. The listing went stale, we were passed around between agents, and we had to chase for reporting and feedback. Every time we asked why buyers weren't coming through, the answer was the market. We never got a plan. On strong word of mouth we contacted Shaun and wish we had done it sooner. He is refreshing. A straight shooter with no fluff and no sales pitch, he doesn't hide anything and tells you how it is. His communication was great, he was prompt, and he clearly knows this market. The result speaks for itself. We sold in one day for a record street price, in the same market we had been told was the problem. If you are thinking of selling, especially right now, call Shaun first. He gets it done. Thank you Shaun.
