We could not be happier with the service provided by Shaun Elms at Harcourts. From the very beginning, Shaun went above and beyond, spending extra time with us to provide valuable pre-sale advice and helping us navigate the purchase of our new property. Shaun gave us realistic expectations about the value of our home and developed a strong marketing strategy that showcased our property beautifully. His advice on staging was invaluable, and his attention to detail ensured that every opportunity was explored. He truly left no stone unturned when it came to finding potential buyers. What impressed us most was Shaun's dedication, professionalism, and wealth of knowledge. Despite a challenging market, he worked tirelessly and successfully secured the sale of our home. Throughout the entire process, he was approachable, honest, and supportive. We highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking to buy or sell property. His experience, expertise, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome are second to none. Thank you, Shaun, for an outstanding result!

We came to Shaun during a time sensitive move before Christmas, as we just bought our dream home and needed to sell our current place. Shaun went above and beyond and got everything online, inspections set up and buyers ready to bite. Next thing we know contracts are signed and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend Shaun highly enough as an agent and as a person.
