Shaun assisted me as an interstate buyer by having a deep understanding of the local market great communication skills, he is a professional. He assisted me as a buyer by taking my offer to the seller and that I was having to sell a house. Additionally he has worked hard to rectify the issue of the water heater not working and he arranged for cleaning people to come through the house organised a mower guy to mow the lawn at their own cost. We had been trying to sell our unit for some time and asked Shaun to try his best to sell it with our tenant. It became obvious both to him and us that we would get a far better result when the tenant left and we renovated.
