Shaun assisted me as an interstate buyer by having a deep understanding of the local market great communication skills, he is a professional. He assisted me as a buyer by taking my offer to the seller and that I was having to sell a house. Additionally he has worked hard to rectify the issue of the water heater not working and he arranged for cleaning people to come through the house organised a mower guy to mow the lawn at their own cost. We had been trying to sell our unit for some time and asked Shaun to try his best to sell it with our tenant. It became obvious both to him and us that we would get a far better result when the tenant left and we renovated. All through the process we worked as a team, including using the Professionals rental division to close out the end of the tenancy we had in place. We decided on a level of work to bring the unit up to having the best chance of selling and it worked. Shaun found us a solid buyer and was regularly in contact with them and us so we all knew what was going on.
