For example when my wife and I used to spend 5 or 6 hours getting our home ready for the open days i.e vacuuming the entire house twice dusting and everything else that you could think of, Shaun would tell us to relax and that the home was already well presented. While applauding our additional efforts Shaun would always say that at the end of the day an immaculate home did not automatically have the impact of us adding an additional bedroom to then home. We found Shaun on ratemyagent and based on the reviews we saw, we decided that he was someone we would like to work with. He didn't disappoint. He was a good communicator, he was personable and he found something to appreciate about our house. We wanted it sold so we could move on and Shaun worked consistently to achieve that. Within a few weeks we had received an outcome that we were happy with. I also liked the extra layer of communication we could have with Shirley (personal assistant) to ensure everything ran smoothly or any questions we might have. Upon sale, $500 of the commission was donated to the charity of our choice which was a bonus.
