Shaun went above and beyond with the service he provided to my husband and I plus offered great advice throughout the whole selling process. His market knowledge on the local area was exact and showed that he had worked within this industry for a long time. He was polite, professional and friendly. He advised and guided us on what to expect through every part of the sale of our home and constantly kept us up to date with all interactions he had with the buyers and settlement agent. We had a cash buyer and from the date the official offer came in to actually receiving funds from the sale of the house it only took 10 days!! I would highly recommend him.
