Shaun is highly professional, knows his rockingham/cooloongup areas well and his statistics of the area. He sat down and thoroughly went through his proposed strategy and why he decided to price the way he did. Unlike many other agents, he showed us how he values a property which helped us understand his stratergy. Before it even went to market we had interest and he had his huge list of investors wanting a walk through. We went live friday, home open sunday and by monday we had our contract signed 36k over asking price whilst rejecting the remaining 9 offers. I had my house apraised by 6 different agent/companies and Shauns confidence, wealth of knowledge of the area and professionalism stood put amongst the rest.
