Although somewhat skeptical at first of what Sean's expectations where for the potential sale price of our property, especially given previous estimates from other run of the mill estate agents whom insisted they "apparently knew the area" and at the time of listing there where at least 5 other properties in the immediate vicinity all with similar block sizes and attributes, we where under no disillusions as to the realistic market range potential was and what we where to expect...........or so we thought!
