He sat down and thoroughly went through his proposed strategy and why he decided to price the way he did. Unlike many other agents, he showed us how he values a property which helped us understand his stratergy. Before it even went to market we had interest and he had his huge list of investors wanting a walk through. We went live friday, home open sunday and by monday we had our contract signed 36k over asking price whilst rejecting the remaining 9 offers.
