I purposefully contacted a few agents at 8pm on a Friday evening to see who would write back as I didn’t want potential customers left hanging if they enquired at a strange time. Shaun got back in touch within 20min. We met and he was extremely professional and came across as confident and knowledgeable. Shaun got us 3 offers after just 1 home open. He guided us through the selling process and kept us informed frequently as we had moved towns. He problem solved for us (including using his own tip passes) when the buyer wanted tiles/paint removed. Can’t rate Shaun highly enough.
