Shaun Iqbal started his career with the Commonwealth Bank in August 1995, where he spent most of his working career in the branch network as a Personal Lending Manager, Investment Adviser and Branch Manager. In 2003, he took 3 years’ career break from the Bank to establish and manage a fast food franchise business which he successfully developed and managed on multiple sites with up to 60 employees. After this career break, he returned to the banking industry in senior management roles before joining Independent Property Group in 2009. After a successful career in real estate, Shaun decided to open Impact Properties Gungahlin on 01 July 2015 to utilise his personal and professional skills in the property market. Shaun believes that he can put his Retail Banking experience to good use and help others through the process of either selling or purchasing real estate in the following areas:
