Go with Shaun and impact properties if you are not in hurry to sell your property. I signed contract with him in April 2025 and he told me that it should have been sold by September. Yes he did sell it by September (2026), so he fulfilled his promise, but took another year. Meanwhile he asked me to remove tenant for faster sell, which I did and waited for 7 months after my tenant left to sell property. For those 7 months, I have gone through financial pressure to pay my investment property mortgage, council bill, strata, water bill, land tax etc. And no proper communication.
