Extremely professional service from Shaun and his team. We had a great experience throughout the entire process, and we are really happy with the result. Thank you again Shaun and Team.
Excellent knowledge of Ephraim apartments, their location on the island and the benefits. Buying an apartment there is really about buying into the Island first, apartment second and Shaun was able to give us the confidence to proceed to buy. The post-purchase experience separates the real estate carpet-baggers from the pros. On this score Shaun and team excelled. It was smooth sailing with no bumps in the road. Highly Recommended.
Thank you, Shaun, for selling our property in a short time and negotiating a settlement that suited our time frame.
Shaun is very knowledgeable, professional and hard-working. He made selling our property so easy.

From the first meeting he was very clear and direct which assisted in setting realistic expectations which were meet over the coming month. We were very happy with the sale outcome. I would strongly recommend using Shaun.
We found the Team very helpful and pleasant to work with. They were always available to listen to us and very professional in their approach. We would highly recommend them.
Market knowledge and professionalism was impressive. I would certainly use Team Kaddatz again when selling.
