Shaun was professional and knew what he was doing as an agent. He provided realistic sales expectations and communicated with us at every point. He was also willing to go beyond his required role including connecting us with a lawyer for settlement and a builder for pre-sale repairs.
We couldn’t have asked for a better agent Shaun was fantastic he helped us more than we could have asked for super professional and always answered any questions for us when we had any. We would most definitely recommend Shaun and also use him again for our agent you won’t be disappointed very happy people here. Thank you Shaun 😊
My experience with Shaun was the way in which he presented himself and the handling of the sale of barunga the speed and advertising campaign was great thanks Shaun
We listed 2 properties with Shaun. One in Rosetta and the other in Oatlands. Both houses sold within a week. Both contracts were for cash sale and unconditional. We were impressed by Shaun's professionalism and his determination.
Shaun acted professionally at all times and we were very happy with the service provided.
Shaun was friendly, efficient and effective. We were impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone selling a property. Chris and Charmaine
Our experience with Shaun overall was fantastic from the way he presented to how quickly he sold our property. We highly recommend him to anyone.
Reply on time, good communication, very responsible for seller.
I purchased this property as a rental from Shaun. The outgoing tenants were at all times difficult to deal with. Shaun facilitated the inspections and managed all concerns I had with the state of the property to progress through to settlement on time. Thank you for all your help.
Shaun has been fantastic, selling both my vacant land, and investment property. He is knowledgeable, friendly and cuts out all the drama that can go with selling property. I would recommend Shaun to anyone considering selling (or buying!) and wish I had more properties to sell so I could list them with Shaun.
Shawn has been helpful throughout the purchase of my new Unit, always willing to answer questions
