Was very happy with the time and effort Shaun put in the marketing and sale price of my home. He is down to Earth very easy to communicate with, promptly returns calls and answers questions. I rarely write references for people doing their job however in this instance I feel it's important to congratulate Shaun Moss from Harcourts who recently sold my property in Raby NSW. As a Commercial Sales Executive of 20 years I pride myself on excellence and customer service. Something I thought was absent within the real estate industry. Last year I had the same property listed with a different agent as I made the decision on cost of sale not experience. I can say it was the biggest mistake I have made. The previous agent had the property for 4 weeks with 4 open houses and only managed to generate 17 people through the property in total. Not only did I have poor traffic through my property but extremely poor communication. When selling your home communication is key so you understand what’s happening all the way through the process.
