Shaun did everything he said he would do. He was there, on time every time, for any appointments we made. I had not sold a house before, he took me through every step, was contactable and willing to answer any questions, even after hours. Shaun called me within half an hour of the Open House with feedback and continued to give regular updates. Shaun negotiated a good price for my home, which sold within ONE WEEK!! Shaun has still been there until settlement was completed, to answer my questions. Shaun has been a "Super Agent", I would recommend him to anyone.
