We selected Shaun on the basis of his reputation as the King of the Jan Juc property market and, after taking us through his sale process, we had high expectations of reaching - or even exceeding - our magic number. While we sold at the top of Shaun's recommended advertised range, we fell short, which left us a tad disappointed. Amanda, Karen and Liz were very helpful and accessible throughout the marketing campaign. We spoke most with Shaun during the final negotiation stage and have no doubt he was doing a lot of work - on both our and the prospective buyers' behalf - behind the scenes. We were happy with the result but not as delighted as we thought we'd be after Shaun persuaded us to go with his agency. Maybe our expectations were too high for him to achieve but, at the end of the day, we were left a bit underwhelmed.

I would highly recommend appointing One Agency to anyone who is selling their property. Sean and his competent team were really easy to work with. Selling your family home is an arduous task on so many levels, but I have to say that Sean and all his advice made the process an uncomplicated one with a successful outcome.
