Mmmmm.... what can I say.... I had a number of sale agents in the past and Shaun would have to be right up at the top. From our very first encounter, I found Shaun to be very friendly, easy to talk to, very professional, gave good advice and kept me up-to-date all the way. Being on the opposite side of the country did not deter him from doing a good job. In fact, he treated me just as if I was in the same town! The investment property was on the market within three days after the tenants moved out, with the first open house just a couple of days later. The day after the open house, I was offered a price above the sales price, which was almost unheard of! After that, it was smooth sailing and settlement was four weeks later.
