Shaun was already familiar with our property having sold it to us years prior, however he was the fastest and most responsive when we met with a few different agents upon deciding to sell. While other agents re-scheduled appointments, were late or had too much preamble, Shaun visited us personally for a quick intro, bringing all the relevant information, and was flexible and enthusiastic with his further meetings with us. He instilled confidence and a relaxed attitude. When we received interest prior to our first open Shaun was excellent in communicating with the interested parties, always working in our best interest to ensure we would get the best price. While myself and my partner were hesitant to accept the first offers, Shaun was great in negotiating and keeping us informed while keeping the interested parties very interested.
