Shaun wasn't pushy; but was extremely respectful & has a sense of humour, which delighted us. We also chose Moira for her warm and friendly approach - she is attentive, good with us and the buyers, and responsive. We're glad we went with Shaun's advice on the campaign strategy and he has a great team of people working with him and behind the scenes (the videographer, photographer, copywriter, James - who is a very professional auctioneer, and Sarina & the staff at the Erko office).
