Shaun was great. He certainly knows this area and sold my apartment in good time with both hardwork and skill. He was open to my views on how I wanted to do it which pleased me, indeed was very important. He was flexible and listened early on to my concerns with empathy. Selling my home has been a fullon experience and Shaun has been very supportive. Kept in touch during the whole thing too. Got back to me promptly. I sold before auction at a price I was happy with.
