I cannot express how good these agents are, we had lost a contract with another agent who had had our house for 10 weeks. Shawn and Kim were able to show us how they could help us get the sale and price we needed, they both worked tirelessly to get the information needed to tick all the boxes, gave us a plan to follow with milestones and timelines, they delivered on all of it resulting in us getting a sale with the first person that walked into our home, how good is that!!!! I felt they were very genuine and were able to take all the stress and worry away from us. It's a pleasure to work with committed agents who really know their stuff, thanks again guys.
