Yet with him on our team we felt supported, informed and genuinely looked after from start to finish. As we reached the end of our window to sell and settle on our new home, things were getting stressful, but Shawn really rallied in that final stretch. Finding the right buyers and negotiating a short extension so we could achieve a simultaneous settlement was such a relief. His ability to coordinate all parties and keep everything moving made all the difference. Throughout the process, Shawn communicated clearly and calmly, keeping us in the loop and explaining our options so we never felt pressured.
