Shane was the first real estate agent to contact Gen and I, and from the beginning he stayed in touch without ever being pushy, regularly checking in to see when we would be ready to sell. Throughout the process, he worked through so many hurdles and consistently provided help and guidance. It was a complicated sale due to being part of divorce settlement and the other party being very difficult, but Shane had solutions every step of the way. He was honest, set realistic timelines, and kept expectations clear, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
