When Shayne sold us our acreage, we knew we wouldn’t let anyone else sell it if we ever moved. It was the first property we looked at and when I said I can’t buy the first one we’d seen Shayne spent a morning driving me around every property that had sold in the last two years including arranging for me to walk around several. At the end of the morning he said, “Now it’s like you’ve been looking for two years”. When I give sales training, I use this as the best objection handling, I’ve ever seen.
