I have been really impressed with the agent (Shane McKean) and with Ray White in general, at all stages of our dealings with them. When we were searching for a property Shayne was very flexible, assisting us with video walk-throughs at short notice, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and keeping us notified of up-coming opportunities. At offer stage, the vendor was difficult to contact and Shayne made sure he kept us informed and updated before I felt the need to chase him up. He also did a great job of working in the best interests of both us and the vendor in securing the sale. Above all though, I have been really impressed at how Shayne and Ray White have worked with us to form a plan going forwards that works for both us and the tenant. I feel like they genuinely care about the tenant's security and well being and have done a great job of balancing that against our needs as investors.

Shane was very reliable and always ready to show us around houses that might prove suitable. He was also flexible if a member of the family was going through Benalla and needed to have a look at the house we had in mind at a time not normally set aside for business hours.
