Successful sale

Shayne was part of a team involved in the sale of my property from September 2018. He took the lead role 9 months later and effected a successful sale within a few weeks. To be fair to all involved, my property was in an area that was notorious for slow sales and only appeals to a limited market. Shayne kept me fully informed during negotiations. Shayne has a very personable style and I’m sure that contributed to his success with this sale.
