As soon as we signed up Shelley and Plan A, we had a renovation that needed to be done, and we were out of town. Shelley turned up almost every day to let the trades in and was very flexible. Once the renovation was complete, they found a tenant and handle them with care and honesty. We then had to sell our apartment, and Shelley was again great - as a business they had a unique selling plan, found a buyer and guided us with their knowledge and experience to the sale.
