I purchased my property through Gatton Real Estate with Allison and Shelley, and the experience was excellent. Shelley was the friendly face I first met when I registered at the open home, and she remained incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, provided information even before I had inspected the property, and stayed in touch through emails and phone calls right through to settlement. Whenever something wasn’t immediately known, Shelley took the initiative to find the answers for me. She also warmly greeted me when I collected the keys and surprised me with a lovely hamper on behalf of the Gatton Real Estate team. I can highly recommend Shelley for her friendly customer care, professionalism, and outstanding attention to detail.
