She assisted greatly by liaising between numerous vendors in multi-locations (including overseas) as our purchase was an estate sale with what appeared to us as ease, although I’m certain it was very stressful behind the scenes. She negotiated well on the sale price, and seemed genuinely delighted with the result she achieved for us. I highly recommend Shelley if you want to deal with an agent who is personable and caring.
