The house was very well presented for sale, tidy with nice staged furniture. It made the house stand out from many in the area which weren't as nicely presented. When I went for the first inspection, Shelley and Ann had brochures with the floorplan etc, so it was easy to find and remember the important information like floor area, block size etc. And they were very friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. It made the whole experience enjoyable.
