The whole process for us has been a whirlwind experience, as first home buyers we had been keeping an eye on the market for a while before finding the house we ended up buying at our second open home we attended, Shelley was extremely helpful throughout the process as our initial broker was being slow and unhelpful, Shelley was able to recommend an alternative and was available to answer questions while we were putting the offer in on the house. It has made the whole stressful experience alot easier to manage having someone knowledgeable and approachable to ask questions and receive advice from, particularly as a first home buyers with no experience in this at all.

When the first acceptance pulled out of the sale, Shelly turned it around in a day, and a second offer was proposed and accepted. The sale has preceded without issue and in quick time.
