Shelley was warm and welcoming into the property. Extremely patient in her time given to myself and good friends at a time I requested. Shelley gave all relevant information and explanation with no sale pressure and a pleasant manner. A thorough professional in her communication and knowledge.

Very helpful, professional and aiming for achieving good solutions

Much appreciation for all the work Shelley put in to buy & sell my property. Many thanks

Shelley was punctual, thorough, honest, always accessible and honest. She did our appraisal and had a marketing options on hand. She was patient and answered all our questions. Our house was listed on realestate.com, for sale signs went up and the first open house all within one week. It took three open homes for the best offer...the entire process was easy. List with Shelley for success!

I found Shelley was very professional and knowledgeable of the market. She was very helpful with the presentation of my property to help sell it. She worked so hard to get a buyer and the price I wanted! Would highly recommend Shelley as an agent!

Shelley is a great help in my property purchase process. She is very approachable and highly effective in help communicating with the vendor. Highly recommend Shelley if you want to buy or sell a property.

Shelley was super helpful throughout the whole sale process. She was professional, and an all round lovely person to deal with.

Shelley was excellent to work with. Always made herself available to meet at the property. She was very responsive to any messages that were sent to her. Shelley was very happy to follow up with the vendor to ensure all the works were completed to an acceptable standard. Shelley offered her ongoing support if it was required. A very pleasant and friendly person to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to enter the real estate market either as a buyer or a seller. Thanks Shelley.

Highly recommend , Very approachable and Quick response with high level of professionalism.

Shelley was easy to talk to and helped us through the process as first home buyers

Shelley and Bibby were great to work with throughout our sale process. They were very efficient with the front end set up and scheduling of photos / open homes. Communication was clear and well coordinated so that we were kept fully informed without doubling up the messaging from the team. We would definitely use both Shelley and Bibby again in future.
