Fantastic experience

Shelly is fantastic. Her pricing strategy was spot on, generating a number of offers within two weeks of going to market. When the first acceptance pulled out of the sale, Shelly turned it around in a day, and a second offer was proposed and accepted. The sale has preceded without issue and in quick time. Shelley has been great the whole time and went over an above to secure the sale. Could not be happier.
