Shelley continued her encouraging words and varying suggestions together with her expertise of the local market throughout the selling period. She always found time to speak with us even after hours as to various strategies to make the sale happen. Apart from knowing the local property market extremely well herself, she assisted us with various sales reps who were well suited to our way of thinking and again knew and understood what we needed to present the property to the right buyer. She was always available after hours to help us with our doubts as to the presentation of our property particularly when the property market was becoming increasingly difficult. Shelley was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to have their property sold but also, Shelley was so caring and supportive throughout the many weeks which resulted in finding a buyer.
