Shellie was very helpful and available during the purchase process. She is obviously very busy with a lot of listings to manage. I did hope to receive a note of congratulations or welcome pack on settlement but maybe that’s just my expectation from previous purchases I found Shellie easy to talk to and get along with but hard to reach once I needed to know something after I had settled. Again I put that down to her being busy with other clients. On the whole she is a straight talker who answered questions directly and honestly. I would recommend her again
