Shellie is the local real estate agent in Bundeena - the only one in fact, although many other agents hold listings in the town. We believed that having a local base for our sale was important and our belief was validated; we were impressed that she consistently held bi-weekly open-for-inspections in spite of the difficult sales conditions in 2026, and was always available for private inspections as required. She kept us informed regularly on the various prospective buyers and sales expectations. Whilst we do know her as a local, we found that she took a very personal interest in our sale, and was always available to talk to us when needed. We believe that she did a great job of getting us a fair price for our home in the current sales conditions, and the marketing period was not unreasonable for the area and well within our expectations. Thank you Shellie, and we think that our new owner will love living there too.

Shellie was great to deal with . She has great knowledge and experience of the local market . She is very personable and straight forward. She was both discrete and forthcoming when required. She was accessible with good communication. She did a great job to bring vendor expectations and buyer demands together to achieve a mutually agreeable outcome. Shellie was great to deal with during a tough process. If you are looking to sell in Bundeena or Maianbar I could not recommend Shellie highly enough. Her local knowledge is second to none. There are other agents who have a "presence" in town who are happy to negotiate a quick sale at whatever price. But if you want an agent to fight hard for the best price for your property, give Shellie a call.

Shellie Boswell was the agent we bought our home from, she then managed the rental AND then sold it for us recently. So having gone through every possible real estate agent transaction with her, I can honestly say she is great! Her knowledge of Bundeena is unsurpassed. She is truly an honest agent and doesn't play games. Alot happened to this property and she kept us in the loop the whole time and advised us well. The saddest thing about selling this home is that we won't be speaking to Shellie so regularly anymore!
