Shellie definitely knows the local market I was unsure if I wanted to sell my property or not and reached out to a few agents for an appraisal. Shellie gave me a detailed appraisal that was quite a bit higher than the other agents, I did question why this was and she clearly outlined how she came up with this figure. She was 100% correct and the property sold for the amount she had advised. I was going to be out of the country for a few months and was unsure if I should wait until I came back before putting it on the market, but Shellie assured me she had it all in hand.
