Shelley facilitated our purchase of a property in Howard, Qld. She was most professional at all times, providing information about the property, answering questions regarding the local community and the investment potential of the property. She provided access to the property to allow us time to initially inspect the property, have a Building Inspection carried out and then a Final Inspection prior to Settlement. Following the inspection she facilitated our continued interest and proposal to purchase the property.
