Shelly helped me to sell some of my excess furniture and while I was cleaning the house before leaving, she bought me some drinks as I had nothing left in the house to quench my thirst. The only thing she forgot to advise me was the specify that my new house should be cleaned before the previous owner moved out. I spent 3 days cleaning the place which was filthy, using 5 buckets of water and each bucket had 1/4 inch of sludge in the bottom of it.

Shelly was always prompt in replying to any queries we had. As we live interstate we had friends in Hervey Bay inspect the property for us which Shelly organised in a timely manner. Shelly was very clear in her assessment of my house and was very helpful in her knowledge of the process in selling my house. She also helped me find my new home, taking me to see several of the homes in Hazelmere village, until I found the one which suited me. Shelly also helped me sell several of my pieces of furniture as I am not on Facebook and helped me dispose of things to the dump. She was also a lifesaver when I was cleaning up my house. All of my utensils had gone into storage and I had nothing to drink. She went down to Woolies and brought back a couple of drinks.

Well Shelley kept me up to date where my deal for the property I chose was at all stages, and even went over and above when she found out I had to get all new furniture, with someone in the same area that needed to get rid of theirs so managed to get a dining suit that suited to house, size wise, very dedicated to all her prospective clients, and her old on as well.
