Having interviewed multiple agents we chose Sheree (and YPA) for their market knowledge, the professionalism of their systems for marketing and positioning the property, and their realistic assessment of price and options. Sheree delivered on their promises and got us a price at the higher end of the range quoted. The final negotiation after the property was passed in at auction was excellently handled. This was a great outcome. The only downside was on the communication front. Too often we had to follow up when comunications were not received at the times indicated.
