I met Sheree at an entirely unrelated open home and described the type of property I was looking for. She came back to me some time later with several options, one of which I subsequently purchased. She had kept my request clearly in mind and went into action when the right kind of property came up. I was impressed by her grip of the market and the effort she clearly put into finding exactly what I was looking for. I was also grudgingly impressed when she smacked me down (in the nicest way) when I tried to beat just a little more off the price! Well done her for sticking up for her client! Too many cave in when the chips are down, but she stood her ground for her client. I had a number of queries during the purchasing process, some of which she could have safely palmed off but she went the extra mile to resolve the issues and keep me well informed. Her handling of the deal and her clients has been highly competent and her pleasant yet professional manner and determination to get the best outcome have been impressive. Sheree deserves the whole 5 stars.
