I found that at the beginning Sherry was in contact with me frequently once I had signed the agent contract the contact became infrequent and I would have to call her. My property was also managed by Raine & Horne and the feedback from them was always that the property was being maintained the feedback from the prospective buyer was that in need a lot of work. I was told that there were not many properties like mine available and it will be sought after and that I could achieve the higher end of my valuation this was not the case as after several weeks I had to settle for the lower end. All in all the experience was quite heartbreaking and I glad that I do not have to go through this again.

Being an interstate vendor she took control of everything right from the start and her communication skills are brilliant and her negotiating skills are top notch.( house sold for more than the market was saying and sold within 2 weeks ) Even after the sale she organised and oversaw all the work req'd due to conditions of sale that would have extended the settlement date by weeks if I had to organise and be available for tradesman.
