As a first home buyer and attending my first every auction the whole process was a bit daunting. Once i found out that i was successful, i was not really prepared to sign the contract, probably because my heart was with another. i wasn't actually planning to buy that particular property. I just threw out a crazy offer expecting it to get reject and what do you know, they excepted it much to my surprise. Let me tell you, it's great when you're the only one thats turned up to an auction.
