Purchased this property due to the advertised selling points of working air conditioning, working pool, and alarm system. After our final inspection we found that neither of the items were in working condition. Tried calling the agent and there was no response. After 2 weeks when there was a call back the agent denied any knowledge of these items not working. We had to foot in upto $50000 to fix these issues. Post settlement we realised that the NBN box was missing as the previous owner took them with her. Almost 3 weeks and still waiting for the NBN box that belongs to the property to be returned. Not a very good experience with this sale and will never deal with the agent nor this agency to purchase or sell. Moz
