We are in awe of Sherryl's work

I first met Sherryl when inspecting a property to purchase. Unfortunately I missed out on the property but was still impressed with how Sherryl handled me. I wanted my future buyers to be taken care of the same way. When the time came to sell our home we consulted with her early in the process. With her select and effective advice we were able to focus on clear goals and throughout the negotiation process. We achieved a great price and a solid outcome in a short period of time. Sherryl's Ray White network was another crucial part of our sale, but most of all we are grateful for Sherryl's caring attitude and direct communication -which is a rare combination!. Thanks Sherryl !

Fast and Fabulous

We decided to list our house for sale with Sherryl Dobbie as she had a great understanding of the suburb and a large customer base. This really paid off for us with a very quick sale - before the first open house. As the offer was well above the asking price, and with settlement terms that suited our situation, we accepted the first offer and had a hassle free settlement process, with Sherryl continuing to support us and the buyer through this period. Sherryl also proivded great pre-sale advice on presentation of the property and deciding on when to go to market. It is well worth talking to her even if you are just starting to think about selling. As many residents of The Gap do, we still live in the suburb, and if we were to sell again, would do so with Sherryl.

Happy investor

I imagine it is usual for the selling agent to have to manage the (possibly often) unrealistic expectations of the seller and the (no doubt) equally unrealistic expectations of the purchaser (me). This case was no different and possibly worse than normal. If an agent is good at their job they manage this mismatch to give the seller the sale they want and hopefully not upset the buyer too much - because ultimately they are giving them the sale they want as well. Sherryl not only delivered on this count but also managed the seamless transition to providing a tenant in less than 2 weeks from settlement - with the help of Phil Cray and the rental management team at Ray White The Gap.
