Honestly, I could not fault Sheryl in any manner. Mr first agent was Adam Bassett Scarfe from another company & his interest & support was dismal to say the least. Enter Sheryl Godfrey, and what a difference! She was extremely approachable, available, and open with advice and support. I had a distressing problem with strata fees & other owners in the complex and Sheryl supported me through it all. She actually worked her butt off. I will certainly reconmend Sheryl to anyone I know who is either selling or buying property.
