Firstly I would like to thank Sheryl for being so supportive through a particularly hard time. I have known Sheryl for many years and knew she would be respectful in regards to selling our Mums home. Sheryl was only ever a phone call away,helpful ,patient and would return a call even after hours. I'd been looking around at properties to get a feel for the price values , Sheryl was very helpful on finding a value we were all happy with. Sheryl went out of her way even before we were ready for showings to take perspective buyers past,so we already had interest even before Mums home was officially up for sale. Because of Sheryls groundwork we had a sale straight away and settlement within the month. I cant speak highly enough of Sheryls attention to detail,lovely and helpful nature,her willingness to work and get you the best results.
