Through the whole process of selling one of my Properties, Shilpa showed that she had the local area knowledge and was up to date with what was happening in our market. Not only did she have her own recommendations with my property and what was needed to be done to take it to market when she first inspected the property, but she was also happy to listen to what I wanted as well and supported this, which was fantastic and in the end she achieved a great result for me within 5 weeks of the property being placed on the market. Overall a great experience from a respectful, honest, reliable & most of all delivered on everything she said she would, keeping me updated and communicated extremely well through the whole process and would have no hesitation in using Shilpa again in the future. Main thing being with so many similar homes in the market at same time asking a lot less, Shilpa sold my home for $915000 was an outstanding achievement.
