From day 1 Shiraz was very honest, professional and we were well informed about everything. We were blessed to have him help to sell and achieve that record breaking sale. He delivered an outstanding result for us and we are grateful and would recommend him to anyone to assist with their sale of property. Throughout the campaign he was very approachable, honest and determined. From the bottom of our heart, we thank and bless him to achieve more.

As a Buyers Agent, it was a pleasure working with Shiraz

Thanks again for your great work. Unfortunately for the time being we’ve run out of houses for you to sell for us. This sale and the sale of the previous one will allow the construction of our dream home which will happen next year. Perhaps we’ll name part of the house after you. Shiraz Corner has a nice ring to it.

We couldn't be happier with the way Shiraz achieved the result for us. From the very beginning Shiraz was very professional, honest and extremely committed to getting the best price for us. We were very well informed by him throughout the entire campaign, handled every challenge with confidence and always gave us a positive vibe. Though the market became very difficult, he ultimately achieved $913,000 for our property setting a new Rosewood suburb record. Recommend him to anyone to sell their property

Comprehensive from start to end, great communication and engagement.

His communication was consistent and transparent, supporting us through the full process. What really stood out was his deep understanding of the investment market and his ability to attract serious, qualified buyers quickly. Thanks to his expertise, we achieved a great price and closed smoothly without any complications.

We had an outstanding experience working with Shiraz on the sale of our investment property. Excellence Delivered!

I had a great experience dealing with Shiraz from Rose Petal Properties as the seller’s agent for my investment property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and his market understanding and attention to detail really stood out. I’d happily recommend Shiraz to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent. Shane A - Seller

While I was overseas, Shiraz worked closely with my partner and oversaw the tradespeople to ensure all repair work was completed on time. He handled everything as if it were his own home and delivered a great result. We are truly thankful for his professionalism and commitment.
