Shirley was fantastic. Even though we are in our sixties this is the first time we've used a real estate agent, all our other purchases and sales we have done ourselves. We were very impressed with Shirley's knowledge, advice and enthusiasm. We were very pleased with the outcome of our sale and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Shirley to our friends. Shirley was reliable, punctual and dedicated. She would promptly follow up requests, through emails, phone calls or face-to-face interactions, often outside of regular working hours.

Great agent. Always communicated well. Took longer to sell one of the properties but I believe it is the market conditions that contributed to the lengthy sale process. Still to finalise commission amount details to what verbally agreed to what was finally charged by the company. I am sure this will be resolved soon.

Shirley was very accommodating in arranging two inspections of the property in a very narrow time frame because we were visiting Hobart on a holiday. She sold the property opposite so she had a good grasp of prices in the area and her research was up-to-date.
