When I asked her for a proper appraisal she never give me one only advice us to listed low same as what we paid in 2015. After so many of her constant negativities & complaints the first buyer came make an low offer she was very pushy sending us all the (poor seller) who had loss more than us. When we received the second offer she must have informed the first buyer so they offer the the same as the second buyer. It’s very unlucky of us to relented to her pushy sales tactic. P.S. when I complaint to LJ Hooke’s propiert Peter Florentzos about the whole event he said “They do not give appraisal It’s up to the buyers what they wanted to pay” WOW I beg you do not use them don’t end up like us a sad looser at cost over $40,000.00 of our retirement fund gone.
